Sourdough Corn Bread
Ingredients and directions:
1 cup sourdough starter
1 1/2 cups corn meal
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons sugar
Mix thoroughly together then add
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 450, Grease a 7 1/2 x 11 pan. Pour into pan bake 25 to 30 minutes serve hot!
